Returns and Exchanges


We are unable to refund any items unless the items are deemed faulty by us and that we are unable to rectify the issue.

We can exchange an item for a different size (with an additional postage charge) as long as you contact us within 5 days of receiving the item and as long as there is still available size.

Where we do accept your refund request and the items are returned to us in accordance with following our Returns Procedure, then you will receive a full refund of the price you paid for the items you have returned, unless on our receipt of the items, a refund will not be paid on items that have any of the following:
* been tampered with
* not in pristine condition

A photo before garment is sent out is taken to ensure it leaves in pristine condition

The refund is for items only and it will not will not include any applicable delivery charges made by us or any return delivery charges incurred by you.

Any items that are deemed by us as faulty or not as described, then a full refund will be made on all of those items as long as you have contacted us by emailing livingdollph@gmail.com within 5 days of receiving the items, quoting your Order providing a list of what items are faulty or not as described.

Any refunds will be processed within 14 days on our receipt of returned items. We will refund you on the method used by you to pay.
